We invite EVERYONE to attend the Monthly Voyager Club Dinners. Members and non-members a like, we invite you to indulge in a night of pairings and entertainment on the last Wednesday of every month except December. Each month will have a different theme and menu.
In 2026 Rail & River will take you on a Italian culinary tour.
We want to take you to a different city in Italy each month. We have picked our culinary favorites.
Enjoy an evening of 5 food dishes. The five food courses come paired with drinks for each.
We have built 15% gratitude into the $85 ticket price. Come and enjoy and don't worry about pulling out your wallet during your evening (purchase the entire year and you price per night comes down to $75).
Milan, Italy:
Traditional Milanese cuisine is rich, hearty, and butter-based, heavily featuring rice, veal, and pork rather than olive oil and tomato sauce. Iconic dishes include (saffron-infused), (breaded veal cutlet), (braised veal shank), and . It is a cuisine rooted in Lombardy's agricultural traditions, known for comfort food like cassœula (pork stew) and creamy cheeses.
This ticket is for the Wednesday April 29th event and includes 5 course dinner and tastings. Additional drinks are available to purchase. Tip is included.
