We are also pleased to announce the Ragged Victorians will be back at the museum again wandering around the site. Meet a Char woman and Coin nipper, discover what a pure collector was and see if the rat catcher catches any rats.
Visitors can also watch demonstrations of clay pipes being made, and learn about their history and their current status as a critically endangered craft. For a small charge visitors can have a go at making their own pipe using air dry clay.
11am – 4pm. Normal museum admission applies.
