Ragged Records and Trash Can Annie present Record Store Day 2026 in the Motor Row neighborhood of downtown Davenport Iowa. Line up early for a chance at exclusive limited edition vinyl titles at Ragged Records. Doors open at 9:00am and the first 100 customers will receive a free tote bag from Ragged Records and Gnar City Clothing that will be stuffed with promos and swag from local area businesses. Shop all day long because Ragged Records will have 20% off used LPs, CDs, and Tapes. Trash Can Annie will have 20% off Vintage Clothing and Jewelry (excluding new and consignment)Stick around after you're done shopping and check out the Record Store Day After Party at both Raccoon Motel and The Last Picture House. Next door at Raccoon Motel they will have DJ sets from Just Let Go and Breakfast Pizza from Lopiez (while supplies last) as well as Bloody Mary's and Mimosas. Down the street at The Last Picture House they will have doughnuts and beignets, coffee, hot cocoa, and a full bar to 'spike' your beverages. Both establishments will be open for events later on that evening if you're interested in catching a flick or taking in some live music.
About Record Store Day: Starting back in 2008 the event aimed to celebrate independently-owned brick-and-mortar record stores around the world by unifying them through a day of celebration in April with the release of a special number of exclusive limited edition vinyl titles. Ragged Records will once again be taking part in the celebration this year by ordering as many titles as we can get our hands on! Keep an eye on our social media in the weeks leading up to the day for updates on all the titles and quantities we'll be getting. Last year we had a line forming before the sun even went down the night before! So bring a friend and come wait in line.
