As a group we use somatic practices, tools and mindfulness techniques to bring the body and mind into harmony, as we alchemize our rage into a force for personal growth and positive change.

Event Notes:
- You are required to watch the "Prepare for Ragercize" video that will be sent to you upon registration. This video will provide all of the information that you need in order to prepare for this rage ritual. This video covers materials vital to the Ragercize experience.
- The door will be locked at 4:15 to ensure a secure and focused environment for participants. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to creating a powerful experience for all attendees.
- To fully participate in the transformative exercises and activities, please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Bring your your own hydrating drink in a closed container/water bottle to ensure adequate hydration throughout the experience.
