Join Amy Hudson and Lynna Nguyen for a two-hour Rage Ritual, a guided, intentional experience designed to support healthy release and grounded integration. Through candle spellwork, breathwork, plate breaking, and a closing sound bath, participants are invited to express what has been held in the body and move toward clarity, strength, and steadiness.
This is not about losing control. It is about creating a contained, supportive environment where anger, grief, and intensity can be acknowledged and released with care. You will be guided throughout the experience and supported in returning to yourself feeling clearer, more rooted, and complete.
