RAGE is a curated, immersive experience created in partnership with Cedar Creek Behavioral Health. It’s a space to understand your anger, move it out of your body, and leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more in control.
This isn’t about unloading or spiraling. It’s about awareness, movement, and release, with the right energy in the room and a playlist that’s going to do what needs to be done.

Physical Release+ Self-Defense Energy
We’re moving energy, not just talking about it. Through guided, intentional movement, you’ll release what’s been building in a way that feels safe, empowering, and yes, a little fun.
