About this Event
Anger is a natural response to injustice, boundary violations, and chronic stress. Yet many of us were taught to suppress it, especially those whose survival depended on staying quiet, calm, or “palatable.”
This liberation focused workshop offers a trauma informed space to safely release anger from the body using somatic practices such as movement, sound, resistance, and grounding.
Participants will:
- Learn how anger lives in the body
- Practice five somatic techniques to discharge rage safely
- Reconnect to their bodies with choice and consent
- Leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more regulated
This is not a talk therapy group. This is an embodied experience rooted in collective care.
No prior experience required. All bodies welcome.
Come as you are. Leave with more space in your body.
