Hailey Fines, known as Ragamuffs, emerged from Honolulu’s DIY music scene with a distinctive blend of indie rock and bedroom pop, featuring upbeat yet melancholic undertones. She has independently navigated toward her goals using her quirky, imperfect charm, something listeners can feel both in her recordings and at live shows.
Now in 2026, Ragamuffs and her band have performed as official South by Southwest (SXSW) artists in Austin, TX (2022), and have shared stages with Mac DeMarco, Hellogoodbye, Men I Trust, Wallows, Mom Jeans., Jimmy Eat World, MAX, The Psychedelic Furs, and TV Girl. What started off as an experimental project has now matured into a growing career and lifestyle for Hailey.
