The Power Vinyasa Yoga portion will be led by Michelle Bisconti, Founder of Flow Fiercely, amd the Barre Portion of class will be led my Nikki Mahon owner of The Barre-Studio and Cafe. Together these two powerhouse instructors bring on the energy! You'll leave feeling ready to take on the world and tackle your new goals of 2025!

After the movment, get ready to just breathe and settle in as you get guided into a rejuvinating savasana, breath-work, and. meditation series. This is followed by an inspiring and uplifting Self- Love Journaling workshop.
