Leslie is a functional nutrition coach committed to empowering women to identify the root cause of their health challenges and heal using food and lifestyle as medicine. She guides her clients with an individualized, holistic approach. Her clients' goals are rooted in the pursuit of vitality and longevity.

Leslie specializes in healing hormone, gut microbiome, neurological, and body composition imbalances. The LJW method empowers women to prevent disease, heal, and redesign their body chemistry to experience the highest quality of life.

SARAH LADUE (IG @SarahNLadue)

Sarah is an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer and a mom of two who became obsessed with fitness after having her son in 2016. What started as 45 minutes of alone time from being a stay-at-home mom turned into a career helping others pursue their fitness goals.

Her passion is helping women of all ages become confident in themselves and their time in the gym. Her main focus is strength training and helping women not fear the weights. She trains clients in person and online, and is working towards a master's in Nutrition. She is passionate about health, wellness, and fitness, and wakes up every morning wanting to help others become the healthiest and strongest versions of themselves.
