Step into the new year with intention, confidence, and a deep sense of self at the Radiant Rebirth Retreat. Hosted in the Bay Area, this 4-hour experience is designed for Designed specifically for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) who are ready to reconnect with their authentic power and show up fully in 2025.
This retreat is not about traditional goal setting or making resolutions. Instead, it’s about celebrating who you are and grounding yourself in your most empowered, authentic self. We will focus on embracing joy, confidence, and strength as the foundation for the year ahead—so that when challenges arise, you’ll feel equipped to stay true to yourself and continue making a positive impact in the world.
Whether you’ve already set your intentions for the year or are still reflecting on your path, this retreat will provide you with the tools, insights, and space to move into 2025 with clarity and purpose. It’s a reminder that your authentic self is your greatest asset, and when you show up fully as you are, you create the conditions to make decisions that not only bring fulfillment but also contribute to the collective healing and transformation we all need.

About the Facilitator
Arianna Dela Rosa (she/her) is a First-Gen Empowerment Coach deeply committed to helping her community embrace their authentic selves and step into their power. As the first in her family to graduate college and start a business, she has firsthand experience with the unique challenges faced by those navigating uncharted paths. These experiences have profoundly shaped why she does her work today—empowering others to break barriers, live boldly, and honor their journeys. Whether through volunteer work, activism, or her own career, Arianna has always been driven by a desire to uplift her community. She understands the weight of expectations, the struggles of imposter syndrome, and the balancing act of staying true to yourself while navigating systems not built for you. That’s why her coaching goes beyond surface-level strategies—helping you cultivate inner confidence, self-love, and practical tools to thrive in both personal and professional life.
