Radiant Mama warmly invites you to a gentle, welcoming community retreat for pregnant women ?
This day is all about slowing down, calming the nervous system, and building real connection with other mums-to-be — while learning simple, practical tools to support you through birth and early parenthood.
? What the day includes
• Gentle pregnancy-friendly yoga
• A relaxed community lunch
• A nurturing session on Self Havening — a simple technique to cultivate safety and calm from within
• Plenty of space to rest, share, and just be

Jacket potatoes & green leaves will be provided.
Please bring your own toppings and anything you’d love to share.
