About this Event
We are headed into our 2nd one day yoga retreat in our elemental yoga series. Please join us for a day full of ways to connect with the fire within us, around us and within our yoga practice. This retreat comes at the perfect time as we move through the wetness of Spring. We will be making candles, enjoying a bonfire, learning about the fire element, taking part in a non denominational sage burning ritual, opportunities for body work with Windy, fully catered Lunch and Dinner and much more!
