About This Retreat
Radiant & Restored is a two-day, in-person retreat for women who have been holding a lot for others and are ready to reconnect with themselves.
This mid-year experience is an invitation to pause.
Not to fix. Not to push. Not to figure everything out.
Instead, this weekend is about restoring your nervous system, reconnecting with your body, and replenishing what has quietly been depleted.
What You'll Experience
- Conscious connected breathwork to release stress and support regulation
- Somatic healing practices and gentle movement
- Nervous system tools to help you feel more grounded and present
- Guided reflection and journaling for clarity and intention
- A supportive women’s circle where sharing is always optional
- A simple seasonal ritual to release and reset
Why a Mid-Year Retreat
By July, many women are tired in ways they haven’t fully named.
You may still be showing up and functioning well on the outside, while internally feeling worn down, disconnected, or running on reserve.
This retreat offers space to:
- Step out of constant output
- Let your nervous system soften and settle
- Reconnect with what feels nourishing and true
- Restore your energy without urgency or pressure
This is not about transformation.
It’s about restoration and remembering yourself.

“All I can say is WOW.”
“Her guidance created a space where everyone felt safe to explore.”
Who This Is Not For
This experience is not a fit if you’re seeking a quick fix, high-intensity breathwork, fast-paced self-improvement, or therapy/medical treatment for acute conditions. It’s also not suited for those currently in crisis without outside support.
Important Details
- Registration is limited to maintain an intimate, supportive group
- Payment plans must be completed before the retreat
