Next Sunday welcoming guest teacher Diana Belot who will be offering Dancing Freedom Dancing Freedom is a Ceremonial Freeform Dance. Dancing through the Elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether. Diana will guide you through 2 waves through the elements. Everything is an Invitation you can either choose to follow or dance with your own rhythms. We dance in a sacred container for you to move through anything you would like to release or call in.

Radiance Sundays is a weekly Conscious dance class created by 5Rhythms teacher Michelle Mahrer that has been running for 15 years. In the spirit of Sunday mornings, Radiance Sundays is a healing space for rejuvenation and renewal.
This year Michelle is currently dividing her time between Sydney and the northern rivers so when she is not in Sydney guest conscious teachers are offering the class. Be supported and inspired by a beautiful community, uplifting vibes, and great music. No dance experience is necessary.

BIOGRAPHY
Michelle Mahrer is an embodiment mentor, 5Rhythms dance teacher, dance therapist and an award winning film maker based in Sydney. She is one of the pioneers of Conscious Dance in Australia and the director of Radiance Dance 5Rhythms a vibrant dance community in Sydney which has been running for 14 years. She is passionate about the healing and transformative power of dance and has been leading dance classes and workshops in Sydney, Melbourne & internationally for the past 20 years. She has made numerous films about dance including all of Gabrielle Roth's teaching videos and "Dances of Ecstasy" a sensory journey into the world of trance and ecstasy experienced through dance and rhythm
5Rhythms dance is a creative movement practise where there are no steps to follow, you are invited to follow your own dance, guided by a journey through the 5Rhythms movement map that follows the movement of energy - flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness that together create a wave. When we enter the flow of our own dance, our mind begins to relax, and the deeper dance of our heart and soul begins to open. We are invited to dance with whatever is present, welcoming all parts of ourselves, allowing release and transmutation of stuck energy that is ready to be transformed through the dance. Come home to your body, reconnect with your heart, soul, and essence. Suitable for all ages and levels of experience and physical ability. No dance experience is necessary.
