Radiance of the Sun is a transformative workshop centred around one of the most powerful and oldest mantras of the yogic tradition, the Gayatri Mantra. You will be introduced to the revered mantra, the Gayatri, originating from the Rig Veda (original scriptures). Dedicated to the feminine principle of the sun, invoking creative intelligence and the light of consciousness.
You will learn:
~ The power of Mantra
~ Deeper philosophy of the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic tradition
~ A guided Himalayan breathwork and kundalini practice to support integration
~ The meaning and origins of the Gayatri Mantra and how to chant it
~ How to integrate the Gayatri into a simple daily spiritual practice
No prior experience with mantra or Sanskrit is required, just an open mind and a sincere wish to explore.
