Radiance in Motion is a unique wellness and empowerment experience combining high-energy dance with a mindful, grounding moment to connect with your inner self. 🌸💫 This event is designed for Black women in Niagara (and allies) who want to move their body, have fun, and build meaningful connections. 🤝🏾💃🏾
What to Expect:
- 🌿 15 min guided grounding and visualization led by Davonna, founder of My Radiant Reflection
- 💃 1-hour dance fitness session – high energy, fun, and inclusive led by Geisha Rene
- 📝 15 min post-dance reflection & group conversation
- 🤗 A chance to meet and connect with like-minded women in a safe, supportive space
Cost:
