You are invited to simply lie back and receive.
There is nothing to fix, nothing to prove, and no experience required.
Only space to soften… breathe… and rest exactly as you are.

You will be comfortably lying on the floor for approximately one hour while immersed in sound.
Many people bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, or anything else that helps them feel warm and supported.
Chairs or additional support can be arranged if lying on the floor is not comfortable for you.
