About this Event
Enjoy a platter of cured meats, seasonal roasted vegetables and artisinal bread to smother with Raclette, melted on a burner at your own table!

Please note: The $5 ticket fee holds your reservation and will be taken off your bill at the end of your visit.
This cheese originated in the Alpine regions of Switzerland and France and was carried by cow herders while moving their cattle from pasture to pasture. In the evenings, the cheese would be placed near a campfire for softening and then scraped onto bread. We recreate the process with mini burners at each table in our tasting room over the winter months!
