Thiago Nascimento – Pianist, Composer, Entertainer

Thiago Nascimento is a genre-defying pianist whose performances are equal parts virtuosic and unpredictable. Praised for his expressive musicality, dazzling technique, and improvisational brilliance, Thiago moves effortlessly between classical repertoire, stride jazz, and spontaneous comedic invention. Whether reimagining Chopin with a wink or weaving slapstick into Rachmaninoff, his concerts are as musically rich as they are joyfully irreverent.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University (B.A. in Piano Performance, 2008), Thiago honed his craft at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts and the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore. Today, he performs across the Dallas–Fort Worth area as a soloist, collaborator, and creator of immersive musical experiences. His uncanny ability to transform any melodic fragment into another—on the spot—has drawn comparisons to the legendary Victor Borge, blending high artistry with spontaneous humor that leaves audiences both awestruck and in stitches.
Thiago is not just a pianist—he’s a musical provocateur, a comedic alchemist, and a master of the unexpected.
