On Sunday the 30th of June, at MEA Central school in Levenshulme, join me to celebrate our amazing bellydance community, with a range of fun classes you can choose from during the day, and a party in the evening!THE WORKSHOPS:
11am-1pm Learn and practice a fun saiidi-style choreography with a stick, with the option to perform it at the evening party if you choose! (for improvers and intermediates) - tickets £25
2:50-3:50pm Silk veil essentials - Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners! Learn how to float, flow, and create beautiful dancing shapes with a silk veil. I will have veils available to borrow. - tickets £15
4pm-5pm Learn to sing an Arabic song, with Yasmine. Everyone is welcome including complete beginners! - tickets £15
THE PARTY:
A chance to meet other dancers, let your hair down, enjoy some sparkling performances, and dance the night away!
From 7pm-9:30pm on the 30th of June, in the drama studio at MEA Central
Tickets £12, and £5 from every ticket sold will be donated to Medical Aid for Palestinians
What to expect:
- be entertained and delighted by solo and group performances (solo performance slots available! Email me if you'd like one)
- Arabic disco - plenty of chances to get up and dance!
- a selection of delicious Middle Eastern sweets & light refreshments
- friendly, relaxed atmosphere and excellent company
This is the last day of dance classes before I go on my Summer break until September, so let's make it a day to remember!
