GET ready to dive into a world of infectious energy and good vibes at our exclusive Dance Lab. This session is presented to you by Rachael Anson, our very own vibe maker and choreographer; Tetenda (from KVM Studio) who will be bringing her magnetic charisma and contagious energy that will keep you drawn in and engaged from the first beat to the last! This limited-spot event offers a unique opportunity to learn from these talented dance instructors in a fun and supportive community setting.
THIS month we will be taking you through the latest Amapiano dance moves. Amapiano, the South African music genre known for its soulful piano melodies and deep base lines has taken the world by storm, and this class will dive into its dynamic dance moves. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, this Dance Lab is all about unleashing your inner South African King or Queen exploring fresh moves and feeling the rhythm in a positive and inclusive space.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
1. NEAREST station is Selhurst.
2. PARKING is free and available onsite. Please be prepared to share you car registration on arrival.
3. PLEASE arrive 10 minutes before the class starts in order to register and settle in.
4. PLEASE come in comfortable clothing with appropriate footwear.
5. THERE will be a 10-15 minute warm before the class starts. ALL participants must take part in the warm up in order to continue the class for health and safety reasons.
6. THE class will be filmed and photographed by our visual team.
7. AGE – 18 and over!
