We’re excited to welcome Heather Fink, RD, CSSD of Nutrition & Wellness Solutions, who will be leading the session. Heather is a Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with over 20 years of experience working with athletes, teams, and organizations. She currently serves as the sports dietitian for IUPUI Athletics and has worked extensively with runners, coaches, and trainers to optimize performance through nutrition. As an accomplished endurance athlete herself—including competing in the Hawaii Ironman and Boston Marathon—Heather brings both professional expertise and real-world experience.
