Lets learn about a sustainable food source and how to go about getting it on the table. Join us for a hands on rabbit processing class that teaches you the entire process from start to finish. For the hands on option one rabbit per participant will be provided as well as an all in one knife. You get to take home what you process as well as the knife! If you don't believe you are up for hands on, come join us to observe and take notes for an auditing fee. There are two registration options available for this class.
If you wish to participate in the full class please choose the $60 Hands On Class option (this will be limited to 10 participants).

If you wish to only audit the class, which means observing and learning only (not taking anything home with you at the end or any hands on time) please choose the $15 audit only option. (Limited to 20 participants).
