Rabbit Hole, by David Lindsay-Abaire, is a Pulitzer Prize-winning play about a couple, Becca and Howie Corbett, navigating the devastating grief and complex fallout after their four-year-old son, Danny, dies in a tragic car accident, exploring themes of loss, guilt, healing, and forgiveness through intimate family moments as they try to find a way forward. The story focuses on their strained relationship, the support (and pressure) from Becca's mother and sister (Izzy, who's unexpectedly pregnant), and the unexpected appearance of the teenage driver, Jason, seeking closure, all while dealing with the emotional hurdles of suburban life after tragedy strikes.
