Join us for a fun and interactive Rabbit & Guinea Pig Champions drop-in workshop at March Library(PE15 9LT) on Tuesday 8 April, 9.30am–12.30pm.There’s no need to book — simply drop in at a time that suits you. Families will spend around 30 minutes exploring five hands-on activity stations based on the welfare needs that help small pets live happy, healthy lives.
Through games, challenges and friendly discussion, you’ll learn about safe homes, the right diet, companionship, enrichment and how to spot when a pet may need a vet. You’ll also discover fascinating facts about rabbits and guinea pigs and how to care for them responsibly.
The workshop is aimed at children aged 5–15, but is designed so the whole family can learn together. Our team will be on hand to guide you through the activities and answer any questions.
Children who complete all the stations will receive a Rabbit & Guinea Pig Champion certificate and a small goody bag, with extra colouring and small-pet themed activities available.
This free session is perfect for families who already have small pets, or are thinking about welcoming some into their lives.
