Come mingle, connect, and support a local Jersey City business while you're here. Food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Bring a friend, your love or curiosity about Salsa, and share your story. We look forward to gathering with you again.

Raíces con Ritmo: Salsa Stories regresa por segunda vez en una noche dedicada a celebrar las raíces, el ritmo y las historias de la salsa que unen a la comunidad. Los invitamos a socializar, conectar con diferentes personas y disfrutar de comida y bebidas mientras apoyan a un negocio local de Jersey City. Inviten a sus amigos y traigan su pasión o curiosidad por la salsa para compartir sus historias.

Info: Discussion will begin in an open group setting with shared clips from a documentary as well as some short reading prompts as part of the discussion. All on the overall theme of the origins of Salsa in the U.S.

Info: Mingle, stretch your body, place in any additional orders and use the restroom.

Info: Continue with documentary, reading material and discussion. Share your stories.

Info: Closing thoughts and mingle with others before the end of the event. Bergen Hall closes at 10pm so feel free to stay a little longer and hang out!
