What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique and energy healing practice where a practitioner lightly places hands on or above a person to channel "universal life force energy" to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing. It's a gentle, non-invasive therapy often used alongside conventional medicine to help with conditions like pain, anxiety, and sleep, aiming to balance the body's energy centers (chakras).
