Who This Is For
This weekend is for thoughtful equestrians who are committed to ethical, effective R+ work and want to go deeper.
It’s for you if you:
• Care about your horse’s emotional experience
• Want clarity and mutual communication
• Are ready to refine the details
• Value a small, like-minded supportive learning environment
This is not a large, fast-paced clinic.
It’s intentionally small and focused. (by popular request from past attendees who love this format)
🌿 What to Expect
The clinic will have an immersive feel — we’ll share some meals, conversations, and time together beyond lesson hours. There will be a lot of hands on horse time. It’s an intimate group experience where everyone can be up close and involved, if they choose.
🌿 Focus Areas (Shaped by the Group)
Depending on the needs of the horses and humans present, topics may include:
• Emotional attunement and regulation
• Creating anchor behaviors and consent cues
• Fading food and building alternative reinforcers
• Cooperative care troubleshooting
• Groundwork and under-saddle clarity
🌿 Format Flow
Friday
Arrival Friday afternoon
Evening connection, discussion, and learning activities (Fridays exact activities vary greatly depending on the horses and humans attending.) (Private lessons may be available on this day - just ask about availability).
Saturday & Sunday
Individualized lessons
Group observation and discussion
Time to integrate and refine
🌿 Accommodations
Overnight paddocks and limited camping may be available for those traveling in.
Auditing spots are available and require pre-registration. Auditors are actively involved and it's a perfect experience for those who can't bring a horse, are just getting started, or want to deepen their understanding and observation skills.

Early Bird: $589
Available through February 29th — or until the clinic fills.
Regular Tuition: $625
