Quintessential Retreat – 24th to 28th April, Northern NSW 🌿
Quintessential, Q6, is arriving again at the end of April, and this year she feels different. The energy has shifted, calling for presence, stillness, and deep communion, and with this new energy comes a new venue.
This is not a gathering for many. It is a small, intentional circle for those who hear the quiet call—to be in nature not as observers, but as participants in its wisdom. To listen to the land, the trees, the birds, and the creatures. To feel the elements speak through wind, water, and stone. To allow your nervous system to slow enough to hear what is usually silent.
This retreat is an invitation to remember the sacred within yourself. To reconnect with the intelligence and technology you already carry. To enter a field where silence is language, and presence is prayer.
We will move together and apart:
• Gather each evening around the fire for stories, reflection, and shared ritual
• Sit in silence, in solitude, listening beyond words, tuning into frequency and what moves quietly within
• Enter the teepee to honour ancestors, with an optional sweat lodge for deep prayer and surrender
• Receive guided journeys, water ceremonies, and a cleansing waterfall release
• Optional 1:1 healing sessions, pre-booked prior to retreat, for those called to go deeper, discuss options and prices privately
Embodied practice & nourishment:
• Meals by Linton, intentionally prepared to slow you down and awaken presence
• Spaces to soften and reset: magnesium pool, spa, sauna, ice bath, float tank
• Optional traditional sweat lodge experience for deep, sacred prayer and connection
Sacred accommodations:
• 6 private ensuite rooms (2 remain)
• 1 shared private room with ensuite
• BYO camping or van if you wish to sleep closer to the earth
Participant numbers are limited intentionally, allowing the circle to hold a potent, sacred field.
