The Quilts of Valor Foundation of the Upstate of South Carolina will be presenting its first ever exhibit at the Military History Center of the Carolinas. The Q of V is one of the highest decorations a veteran can receive from the civil community for their military service. The exhibit will feature many of the one of a kind Quilts, and will have on hand several Quilt makers who can spend up to 80 hours making a Quilt. Entry into the MHCC is always free. Donations are always appreciated
