Introducing workshop number 1!“Quiet the Inner Critic”
Many of us experience an inner voice that questions our worth, highlights our mistakes, or tells us we’re not good enough. This voice—often called the inner critic—can shape how we see ourselves and the choices we make.
Join Emma (@emma_dunsford_therapy), an accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist in this gentle and reflective workshop, where you’ll explore your inner dialogue through creative expression, curiosity, and self-compassion.
You’ll be invited to use simple creative materials to explore the different voices within your inner world, including the critical voice and the possibility of a kinder, more supportive inner ally.
This workshop offers a supportive space for reflection, creativity, and self-understanding.
No artistic experience is needed — only openness and curiosity.
