About this Event
There are moments in life where we become so focused on surviving, performing, taking care of others, and meeting expectations that we stop checking in with ourselves.
- We push through stress.
- We overthink.
- We second guess ourselves.
- We ignore what we feel because life still needs to be handled.
I created this workshop to encourage you to slow down long enough to hear yourself again.
“Questions You Need to Be Asking Yourself” is a guided journaling experience designed to help you reflect on the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be shaping the way you see yourself and move through life.
This is not about fixing yourself or having all the answers.
It’s about creating space to pause, reflect honestly, and better understand yourself without judgment.
During This Workshop, We Will Explore:
- Why you may be so hard on yourself
- Moments that make you second guess yourself
- The emotions underneath stress, overthinking, and self-doubt
