September is Suicide Prevention Month. This is a time to raise awareness, spread hope, and spark meaningful action around one of the most urgent mental health issues of our time. The theme for this month is Start a Conversation. Be the Difference.

QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) is a 90 minute workshop to teach caregivers and adults who interact with youth skills to respond to a youth in a mental health crisis. This event is for 18+ only, and involves a 60 minute presentation with 30 minute roleplay session at the end. No prior experience is needed, and the training is free.
