Guest Artist Information:

Michelle

@baumbchell

Theme/ title:

Self-Love through colouring - “Widening the Aperture"

Activity and what it means to the theme:

This is a visualizing exercise at imagining what the window into your body feels like, pick a

frame that best describes how you feel today, and we will create from there!

Guests will be encouraged to tap into flow state and allow their feelings to guide them. Notice how textures, colours and shapes come together on the page and how they feel in the body. We will be working with textured paper, crayons and stencils!

We will be focusing on: “Do I like this color?” Notice: “How does this color or shape feel in my body right now?”

About the Artist:

BaumbChell is a local Hamilton Artist here to provoke a sense of wonder through multimedia storytelling. You can find her creating and daydreaming in Dope Chief Studios in Jackson Square.
