Welcome to a sauna space where queerness is not only included but celebrated. This is a gathering for LGBTQIA+ folks to unwind, breathe deep, and reconnect with our bodies in an environment rooted in self-care and collective liberation.
Queer Sauna is a gender-expansive, body-affirming wellness ritual - slow, sensual, and grounded. It’s a safer space to exhale the noise of the outside world and drop into presence, held by steam, scent, and shared stillness.

What to expect:
- A warm, inclusive space for queer bodies and identities of all kinds.
- Gentle facilitation with optional elements like breathwork, sound, or silence.
- An atmosphere where nudity is optional and boundaries are respected.
- Time to reflect, regulate, and re-ground in your body.
- No pressure to speak, perform, or explain - just come as you are.
- Post-sauna chill zone with tea, quiet connection, and space to land.
