Queer Integration in Psychedelics with Rae Beehler

In this 90-minute session, attendees will have the opportunity to explore and share in their experiences with psychedelics. This space will center the lived experiences of queer and trans folk, and those within non-monogamous, kink, BDSM, and sex-work communities. Regardless of your identities or experiences, we strive to create a warm and non-judgmental environment where people can come as they are. All are welcome.

The session will open with a 15-minute guided meditation and mindful breath practice, followed by community shares by all who wish to contribute. Attendees will have the chance to explore intersections across psychedelic integration and sexuality. Following community shares, attendees will be guided through a 15-minute closing meditation and breathwork practice.

We ask participants to limit their shares to their own personal experiences with psychedelics and integration.

This is a beginner friendly meditation and breathwork practice. Please dress comfortably.

About the Facilitator:

Rae Beehler is a Licenced Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Rae has obtained certificates in meditation and breathwork facilitation, and is currently studying in psychedelic-assisted therapies and sexual health.

Rae entered recovery at the age of 19 from opiates and other drugs. Since then, they’ve sought to heal their mind, body, and spirit and help others to do the same.

Rae is an out and proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and holds many identities and lived experiences within the communities they serve.
