Queer Community Yoga Ōtautahi offers a gentle, grounding weekly yoga practice for queer, trans, and gender-diverse people. The class centres curiosity, community, and celebrating who we already are. This space is created for queer community, with allies welcome in support.
You’re invited to arrive just as you are. All movements are optional - you can move (or be still) as much as you like.
Important info:
Location: Linwood Arts Eastside Gallery, 388 Worcester St.
Entry via carpark door.
Doors lock at 5.45pm for gallery security - please allow ample time to settle in.
BYO Yoga mat - some spare are available on site. Feel free to bring anything that supports your practice - bolster, cushion, blocks, blanket etc.
Wear whatever clothing you are most comfortable moving in.
Sliding scale payment $15-20, cash or bank transfer.
No experience required.
