About this Event

Are you craving a space where you don’t have to explain yourself? Where your identity is not just accepted, but centered?

This weekly support group is for LGBTQIA+ adults seeking genuine connection, reflection, and collective healing. Together, we create a safer, softer space to show up as our full selves — messy, evolving, joyful, grieving, powerful, tender. This support group will have 12 rotating topics- the hope is that you can make it to as many weeks as possible, and the topics are also built to be standalone. Please show up as often as you can.

Whether you're out, questioning, transitioning, or simply looking to be around other queer people who get it, you are welcome here.

Grounding + check-in
Discussion on a weekly theme (Arrival & Belonging, Identity Layers, Safety & Vulnerability, Shame & Worthiness, Queer Joy, Grief & Letting Go, Chosen Family & Support, Anger & Power, Rest & Sustainability, Future Visioning)

Gentle check-out + resource reminders
Sharing circle (always consent-based — no pressure to speak

✨ Group Details:

When: Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:30 PM - someone will be at the doors to let you in from 5:45 - 6:00 pm. Please do your best to be on time or reach out to Kat if you will be late.
Where: 3838 Camino del Rio N. San Diego
Who: LGBTQIA+ adults (18+)
Cost: $5 per week, but no one will be turned away for lack of money
Capacity: small group - no more than 10 people
