QMTBC is excited to invite all members to our Annual General Meeting on Friday, 5 June 2026!Join us for a night of reflection and celebration of another massive year for mountain biking in Queenstown. We will share updates from across the club and look ahead to the future of trails, events, partnerships, advocacy and community riding across the Whakatipu Basin.

As the club continues to grow, we’re also looking for new committee members to help shape the next chapter of mountain biking in Queenstown.
We’d especially love to hear from people with experience or interest in:
• Events and race organisation
• DH and gravity events
• Strategic planning and governance experience
• Partnerships and sponsorship
• Fundraising
• Legal experience
• Sustainability and environmental projects
You don’t need to be an elite rider or long-time volunteer to get involved. We’re looking for passionate people from across the community who care about the future of riding in Queenstown.

To meet our constitutional requirements, committee member nominations must include:
• Written consent to becoming a committee member
• Current paid QMTBC membership
• Support from two current QMTBC members
• Further eligibility under the QMTBC constitution
