WRISTBAND PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS & POLICY

Where and When to Pick Up Wristbands

Apt 200

Time: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Location: 1034 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M6J 1H7

Details: Wristbands will still be available here until 10:00 PM.

Ultraviolet

Time: 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: 1096 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M6J 1H9

Details: Wristbands will still be available here until 11:00 PM.

The Libertine

Time: 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Location: 1307 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON M6J 1X8

Details: Huge final party at last venue to end the night off with a bang!

Access Policy

Wristbands are valid solely during the designated time slot at each participating venue. Once a venue’s scheduled time has concluded, re-entry is strictly prohibited.

Ticket Pickup & Entry

Entry is permitted only with a valid wristband during the exact scheduled times listed in the crawl itinerary. Wristbands are not valid outside of these times. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, attempting entry at an incorrect venue, or failure to collect a wristband during the designated pickup period.

Capacity Limitations

Admission to venues is subject to legal occupancy limits. If a venue is at capacity, guests may be required to wait. Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances.

Final Cutoff

Wristband distribution will close at 11:00 PM at the final venue. Guests who arrive after this time will not be issued a wristband and will not be eligible for a refund.

Plan your night accordingly for smooth access to each venue, and enjoy the crawl!

TIPS FOR OUR CRAWL

• Pick Up Wristbands On Time: Collect your wristband(s) during the designated time at the scheduled venues before 11:00PM. Latecomers won’t be accommodated – no wristband, no entry.
• Assign a Proxy if Needed: Can't make the check-in? Have a friend pick up your wristband to ensure you don’t miss out.
• Note Club Schedule: Each venues’s scheduled times are listed in the "DIGITAL BAR LIST." Wristbands (for entry) and any applicable drink specials apply only during these times.
• Day-Of Check: Review the "DIGITAL BAR LIST" on the event morning for any last-minute details or venue changes.

• Age Requirement: You must be 19 years or older with a valid government-issued ID to participate in this event. No exceptions.
• Wristbands: Your wristband is your key to entry. You must present your ticket or QR code at check-in to receive your wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times to access participating bars and venues. No wristband, no entry.
• Ticket Policy: All sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. In case of event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a refund (excluding fees) will be automatically issued. Event lineup, venues, and specials are subject to change without notice.
• Responsible Drinking: Please drink responsibly. We promote a safe, fun environment, but remember, no one should drink and drive. Use designated drivers or rideshare services. Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any attendee based on intoxication or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry for any of these reasons.
• Costume Guidelines: Costumes are encouraged but must be appropriate. No fake weapons or props that could be mistaken for real weapons are allowed. Venues may refuse entry based on costume discretion, and no refunds will be provided if entry is denied for this reason.
• Capacity and Late Entry: Some venues may hit capacity during the event. If a venue reaches capacity or you arrive late, you may have to wait in line to gain entry. There is no guarantee of immediate access or entry to any specific venue once capacity is reached, and no refunds will be provided due to waiting times or access issues.
• Respect & Conduct: Treat others and the event venues with respect. Disorderly conduct, inappropriate behaviour, or damage to the venues will result in removal from the event without a refund. The participating bars reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour at any time.
• Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket and participating in the crawl, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk. Toronto Nightclubs, its affiliates, venues, staff, and organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, death, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
• Event Changes: Bars and venues may change, but the event will continue rain or shine. Be sure to check your email for any last-minute updates.
