Los Campeones is proud to host a powerlifting competition that celebrates the strong women in the community. This meet is unsanctioned and is open to powerlifters of all experience.This is a full powerlifting meet with three attempts for squat, bench and deadlift. The meet will be outdoors (weather dependent). Weigh-ins will occur the day before the competition (Aug. 22) at Los Campeones during staffed hours (8am-8pm). Meet shirts are also included with registration.
Los Campeones Sioux Falls is offering a discounted rate for powerlifters looking for a gym to prep for the meet. Competitors are eligible for a 3 months paid in full for the price of 2 months ($175 value for $120). Proof of registration is needed for eligibility. Lift workshops will also be offered for competitors who opt-in for the deal.
