Welcome to the QUEEN of HEARTS RAFFLE: Paws, Claws & Playing Cards hosted by Longview PAWS. Raffle's Host Venue is McCann Street Grill - 1217 McCann Road, Longview, Texas 75601.
Our Queen of Hearts raffle is a progressive 60/40 game of chance where participants buy $1 tickets (cash only) for a weekly chance to select a numbered envelope (1-54) containing a hidden card with hopes of revealing the Queen of Hearts. If drawn, YOU win 60% of the growing jackpot. If not, the pot rolls over, and the game continues each week until the Queen is drawn- the drawings happen every Thursday night at 8 PM.
How it Works: A standard deck of 52 cards plus 2 jokers are placed in sealed, numbered envelopes on a board.
The Drawing: Weekly, each Thursday at 8 PM, one ticket is drawn from a drum at McCann Street Grill in Longview, Texas.
Winning the Prize: If the card in the chosen envelope is the Queen of Hearts, the winner takes home 60% the jackpot (remaining 40% goes to Longview PAWS). MUST be PRESENT to WIN.
Consolation Prizes: If any Face Card or Joker is drawn, you win a $25 gift card to McCann Street Grill.
Progressive Style Raffle: If the Queen is not found, the ticket is discarded, the envelope remains open, and the jackpot increases until the next Thursday.

This raffle is conducted exclusively by **Longview PAWS** a 501c3 nonprofit organization under applicable laws.
**McCann Street Grill** serves solely as the **host venue** and derives **no financial benefit** from the raffle. McCann Street Grill receives **no proceeds** from ticket sales or prize disbursements.
By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree that **McCann Street Grill **, including its employees bear **no responsibility or liability** for any disputes, claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the operation, administration, or payout of the raffle.
All raffle operations — including ticket sales, prize disbursements, and administration of the game board — are conducted and overseen by **Longview PAWS** including PAWS Board & Volunteers.
This raffle is conducted in accordance with **Texas charitable raffle laws (Texas Occupations Code §2002)** and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Longview PAWS assumes **full legal responsibility** for compliance with all licensing, reporting and operational requirements.
Only qualified nonprofit organizations may legally conduct raffles in the State of Texas.
**Payout & Prize Method Rule: **
In compliance with Texas law, the **maximum allowable prize for any single winner is $75,000. This QOH Raffle is a 60% winner/40% PAWS jackpot.
**** Any payouts at or up to this maximum amount will be awarded **in the form of pre-paid Gift Cards**, which may include Visa®, Mastercard® or American Express® prepaid cards as determined by Longview PAWS.
**** Individuals winning the QOH jackpot will be issued an IRS Tax Form per Federal law if winning is $2000 or more as we are required to report Raffle earnings. Winnings over $2000 will not be distributed until the W-2G tax form is completed and signed. If the winner is unwilling or unable to provide any of the information, the jackpot will be forfeited to PAWS. Jackpot will be paid in the form of **Visa®, Mastercard® or American Express® prepaid gift cards**
**** Federal Withholding is still required on Non-Cash Prizes if fair-market value is over $5000. For noncash prizes, the winner must pay the organization 25% of the fair market value of the prize minus the amount of the wager.
****If the total jackpot exceeds **$75,000**, any excess amount will be **automatically donated** to Longview PAWS in furtherance of its nonprofit mission.
