Queen of Hearts Women’s Tournament
2025
General Rules
Cost: $80 per person - $55 PF/$20 LG/$5 Exp
Prize Fund will be returned 100%
Cash Ratio: 1:5
The Queen of Hearts Tournament will be sanctioned by the USBC. All rules by this governing body will be observed and enforced.
This event will be singles in playing strength.
Eligible bowlers must be members of the United States Bowling Congress.
Entering average: To be used in this order.
The previous year’s highest book average of 21 games or more.
Current average in a sanctioned league as of Jan 1.
Rerated book average from sport leagues.
If none exists, bowler must bowl scratch.
All participants will bowl handicap.
The handicap used will be 80% of 220.
Participants will bowl five games over five separate pairs during their squad.
Entrants must pay for their entry before the competition starts.
In the event of a tie for the cashers round, we will take all ties for the last cash spot but only pay the last spot of the 1/5 after Cashers Round is complete.
1/5 of the field will move to the Cashers Round.
All bowlers that qualify for the Cashers Round will receive a portion of the Prize Fund.
The top 5 bowlers will be taken to the step ladder for a one game single elimination final.
Only person team will win the tournament.
The 10-pin over-rule will not be enforced.
The tournament re-rate/adjustment rule will be utilized if necessary. (319e)
All other decisions are left to the discretion of the Tournament Director and Proprietor are final unless an appeal is made in accordance with Rule 329. All decisions must be followed immediately.
Above referenced individuals reserve the right to deny, disqualify, and remove any bowler. And without a refund of any monies collected.
Any winnings that exceed $599.99 will be paid via check. After, the individual provides SSN, address, and completes a Form 1099-MISC provided by Enterprise Park Lanes.
The proposed prize fund may be subject to change based on total entries.
