Join us for an exclusive Wine Dinner at the newly remodeled Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley featuring the celebrated Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars of Napa Valley. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course menu expertly paired with Stag’s Leap wines, while learning about the estate’s history and winemaking philosophy from Marcus Notaro, SLWC Head Winemaker.
Evening Highlights:
- Welcome Wine: Sauvignon Blanc Aveta 2023 with Smoked Hamachi, Beetroot Hummus Tartlet (vg), and Fig & Onion Sandwich (vg)
- First Course: Chardonnay Karia 2023 paired with Confit Alaskan Salmon with salmon skin furikake, miso Chantilly, caramelized yuzu, and frisée
- Second Course: Cabernet Sauvignon Artemis 2022 paired with Maitake Mushroom Risotto with red wine mushroom jus, wild spinach puree, and lotus crisp (vg)
- Third Course: Cabernet Sauvignon Fay 2021 paired with Beef Filet Mignon, celeriac pave, short rib-filled zucchini flower, and mustard veal jus
- Dessert: Sauternes paired with Dulcey Coconut Mousse, praline, cinnamon buttermilk cake, calamansi coulis, and coconut brown butter streusel
