The tournament hours will be:Friday: 18:00 to 23:00 - Practice games and option for tournament games.
Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 23:00. Tournament games.
Sunday: 08:00 to 22:00 - tournament games.
I will explore options for the down period on Saturday.
Entry fee will be based upon the number of players attending. Currently estimated as around £65/person (give or take £5) based upon 8 teams of 6 players.
Teams will be 5 players plus sub. While you can have more than one sub this is discouraged to ensure we have enough teams. Format will be set once the number of teams are confirmed.
For this event to go ahead we need to have commitment from players that they will attend. To make this work a deposit per player of £40 is needed. If we reach enough deposits by 10th January the event will go ahead. If we don't the event will be cancelled and deposits returned.
