Join us for an immersive evening of deep rest, embodied movement, and heartfelt connection.We'll begin the night with a guided Yoga Nidra sound healing led by Matthew, inviting deep relaxation and inner stillness. From there, we'll transition into free-flowing movement to a DJ set by Ah~ha~va, allowing the body to express and release with intuitive dance. To close, we’ll gather in a soul-nourishing song circle facilitated by Abby, where you're welcome to share a song, prayer, or any expression from the heart.
Whether you're seeking restoration, movement, or shared presence, we invite you to arrive fully, connect deeply, and flow with the rhythm of the night.

The space will be open for mingling, grounding, and getting cozy before we begin. This is your time to go to the bathroom, grab a comfortable spot, meet fellow travelers, and ease into the energy of the night.
⏳ At 7:00 PM sharp, the doors will close, and we will begin our collective journey. Please arrive on time—late entry will not be permitted to hold the integrity of what we're creating together.

Gather in a heart-centered circle to share songs, prayers, and creative expressions. Whether you bring a song, a poem, a prayer, or simply your presence, all voices and hearts are welcome.
