What is a Sensory Friendly Movie?
• Children will NOT be expected to follow typical movie etiquette
• Moving around the theater is okay
• Singing along with songs is allowed
• Meltdowns may happen and that is ok too
• Audio is played a little lower than normal
• Lighting in auditorium is dimmed, but not completely dark
• The is a judgement free zone where kids may be themselves
Please feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows or whatever you need to get comfortable. Patrons with special dietary needs are welcome to bring in their own food into the theater. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
You must bring an Eventbrite registration to attend the movie. Admission fees to be paid at the door:
Friday-Sunday:
- Active Duty: $6.00
- Adults 12 & Up: $6.00
- Child 6-11: $4.00
- Child 5 & Under: FREE
Doors open 30 minutes prior to show time.
Theater Rules
- Authorized ID card required for admittance
- One guest per Authorized ID card
- An adult or dependent child 15 years or older will accompany family members under 12 years of age for G and PG rated films
- No outside food permitted in the theater
- No strollers permitted
- No recording devices permitted
- Large bags may be subject to search
MPAA Ratings
- G (General Audiences): All ages admitted
- PG (Parental Guidance Suggested): Some material may not be suitable for children
- PG-13 (Parents Strongly Cautioned): Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13. Under 13 years of age requires accompanying parent or adult guardian.
- R(Restricted): Under 17 Requires parent or adult guardian. Contains some adult material. Parents are urged to learn more about the film before taking their young children with them.
- NC-17: No on 17 or under admitted
Open to authorized ID card holders.
Active Duty, Retired, Reserve Military, Coast Guard Personnel and Family Members. Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) on active duty. DoD Civilians, Full-time Quantico DoD Contractors, FBI/DEA Permanent Personnel and Students assigned to Quantico. Purple Heart recipients, former prisoners of war, or veterans with VA-documented service-connected disability ratings of 0-100% who have been issued a Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC) from the VA. Primary family caregivers of veterans must present an eligibility letter from the VA's Office of Community Care.)
Patrons will be required to show their ID card, as well as, their Eventbrite ticket to gain entry.
