Join us for a free QPR Suicide Prevention Training designed to equip participants with the skills to recognize warning signs of suicide and confidently respond in a crisis.
QPR stands for Question, Persuade, Refer — three simple yet powerful steps anyone can learn to help save a life. During this 90-minute session, you will learn how to:
• Recognize the warning signs of suicide
• Offer hope and start a supportive conversation
• Connect someone to appropriate resources
This training will be led by Mark Provencher from DVA Wisconsin and Dr. Taylor Bufton, PhD, LCSW, Marian University’s School Counselor.
There is no cost to attend, but registration is required as space may be limited.
