QPR: Risk Reduction Certification
This training helps you understand suicide is a public health problem and fight stigma. You'll learn to spot someone at risk and how to Ask, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) them for help. You'll also find out where to get local and national support.
The goal is simple: empower you to offer hope and save a life.
